Hi Does anyone have a good recipie for Smoked Haddock Fishcakes?

smoked haddock poached in milk/water mix
cold mash potato
spring onions
salt/pepper to season
remove the haddock when cooked and when cool flake and mix in with the mash and spring onions, salt/pepper if its a bit dry add some of the poaching water but not too much!
then shape into rounds and fry (i can't be arsed with breadcrumbs but you could dip them in eggwash and then breadcrumbs)

SALMON AND SMOKED HADDOCK FISH CAKES
Ingredients
1Kilo Salmon
1 Kilo Smoked Haddock
1 Kilo Dry mashed potato
100g Chopped parsley
50g Chopped tarrgon
50g Chopped chives
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Method
Poach fish in stock, chill and flake
Mix all ingredients together, season.
Form into cakes
Lightly flour and pan fry on all sides until golden brown
