The mcdougalls website has a few on there that are easy enough

Melt some chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water (don't let the bottom of the bowl touch the water), add some broken up shredded wheat, stir well, fill paper cake cases with mixture and pop a couple of mini eggs on top.
These cakes look much more like nests that rice krispy cakes.
As someone who manages a childhood obesity project for a living, could I suggest something healthy but fun to make.

We make vegetable soup and soda bread with the kids which they love doing, there's lots of chopping to do and they love the effect of mixing lemon juice with milk to make a wierd yogurty substitute for buttermilk in the bread - what's great is that the bread can be made in a short enough time while the soup cooks and their attention span hasn't wandered. Just use up any veggies, tinned tomatoes, some water and a veggie stock cube - needs about 35-45 minutes simmering time.

The soda bread uses three cups self raising flour, 2/3 cup milk to which a teaspoon of lemon juice has been added, a pinch of salt. Mix together into a squidgy mess and shape on a well floured board. Cut a cross in the top and place on a baking tray which has been lightly greased. Cook for the same time as the soup in an oven at 200 degrees C.

Another great idea is a home made pizza using fresh veggies cut up to make face, i.e. sweetcorn teeth, red pepper mouth, mushroom eyes, etc - it's cheap, great fun and you can use soda bread dough as the pizza base.

my favourite recipe both as a kid and now (he he ill never grow up)
i banana mashed in a bowl (can use other fruits)
pour 1/2 pint low fat instant custard over banana
then sprinkle breadcrumbs or ready role pastry over and bake in oven for 15b mins at 170 degrees - yummy

malteaser and banana cake
100g margarine
6 tbsps syrup
250g cooking chocolate
200g crushed digestive biscuits
200g crushed chocolate malteasers

Melt margarine and syrup and chocolate over heat. When it's all melted, take off the heat and add crushed biscuits and matleasers, mix really well. Spread into a lined greased swiss roll tin, or similar. I use two sponge tines with the removable bottoms. Decorate with the few malteasers left over that you have not scoffed already. Chill in the fridge then cut up into small squares/ segme:Dnts Keep
