Any help appreciated on how to make a red wine gravy to go with venison steaks when I don't have any bones to roast and also do parsnips and carrots take the same time to roast in the oven. Any advice would be appreciated as I may have been too adventurous at the farmers market yesterday. Thanks in advance. Fran b.

No problem, just remember you dont need to use medallions of venison to go with the one I used, I use a haunch and medallions and made the port and cranberry sauce with both.
