Paris Buns

Does anyone have a recipe for Paris Buns?
Had these in Ireland years ago and they don't contain currants....
A small domed shaped sponge bun with sugar crystals on top....

Don't post on here very often but received your posting by e-mail....
I never did find a recipe but found French Breakfast Puffs which is the nearest thing to them....not bad....
