What are your recipes for yorkshire pud ?

Apart from the main ingredients ( i e ) eggs milk and flour what else do you add to make them tasty.

I use the same recipe as terambulan but I try to make it as early as I can and leave it in the fridge for a few hours before putting them in the oven. You then end up with huge crisp yorkshires but with a little bit of the soggy stuff in the middle which I lurrrrrve!
You can adjust the batter to the meat you're cooking....If you're having them with Beef - add some grated or creamed horseraddish, Lamb - add finely chopped rosemary, Chicken - some dijon or english mustard. Other herbs could be used i.e tarragon, thyme, parsley etc. etc. whatever your likes are....also makes great and different 'toad in the hole' with these additions.

Ihave lots of ideas now and will be experimenting, cheers people.
I always put a good shake of sage in mine with lots of black pepper and its super yummy :-)
