How can i make soft rolls like you buy out of the bakers?

Dont bother they have machines and know how you will never equate the ultimate soft roll!!!!

get yourself these ingredients:
Emulsifier: (mono-and Di-Acetyltartaric Esters of Mono-and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids)
A handful of E numbers and flour treatment agents and mix in before baking.

Or: As soon as baked and on cooling rack cover with a wet tea towel until cooled.

...or just go the shop and buy a pack for next to nothing.
