does anyone have a really spicy, stodgy, dark and juicy recipe for the above? can remember making one many moons ago, but not for the life of me how! any suggestions gratefully recieved - got a hankering for beans!!!

I love belly pork when cooked slowly and for a long time..with leeks and rosemary....oooh..I'm hungry now!! Even so, I don't eat a lot of it, because we buy organic pork if we have to, and the pigs still root around on open land, and tapeworms are liable to be consumed.
Anyway - it more a joke than anything else! Oh boo! Sad face.
