Does anyone have an easy recipe for Tablet?

There are some warnings in that recipe - the mix gets very hot, so wear something long sleeved. Also it recommends that you use vanilla sugar, so you might want to get hold of some vanilla pods and make up the vanilla sugar in advance.

2lbs sugar
2 tablespns Golden Syrup
Small tin condensed milk
(are you sure you want to make this???!!)
2oz margarine
3oz water
� teaspn vanilla essence
Place it all in a pan, stirring until it boils. Boil for about 30mins. Remove from heat and beat well then pour into a well greased tin.
Mark when cool, cut when cold.
Delicious but � be warned � it�ll make your teeth fall out!
