Anybody got recipes, apart from normal bread. for using gluten free flour in a breadmaker. Recipes for buns, teacakes etc.

Gluten free soda bread
Ingredients
500g/20oz Gluten Free Brown Bread Flour or buck wheat flour
�tsp Salt
2tsp Baking Powder
450ml/15floz Milk
1tsp Vinegar
2 tsp any Gluten Free Flour

Method

1. Mix together the flour, salt and baking powder.
2. Add the vinegar into the milk and immediately stir this into the flour.
3. Stir to form a soft slightly sticky dough.
4. Scatter the 2 spoons of flour onto a large oven baking tray.
5. Shape the dough into a ball and roll onto the floury baking tray.
6. Using a sharp knife cut a deep cross over the top of the loaf.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25/30 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven and wrap in a clean tea towel until cold.
