Chocolate Fondant

Hi all, I'm going to make chocolate fondant for pudding over the Christmas season (not Christmas day). However, I've looked for a recipe, and have watched Gary Rhodes and Gordon Ramsay making one too, but all the recipes are varying so much. Do any of you have a TRIED AND TESTED recipe for one. Thank you.

If you google choc fondant you will see it being made on I think the 2nd one down you cant go wrong if you follow instructions. Good luck.

I have done the Gordon Ramsey recipe several times over the past few years and it never fails. I have even made them in bulk and they come out fine.

What a lovely thread - everyone being nice to eachother. I have never made fondants but am always looking for new things to do so I will try one of those recipes aswell.
