I've done it many times with chicken so I don't see why not.
Yep should be ok,but dont overcook it,will disintegrate!!!
.....as puddi said, but make sure it is HOT not just warm.
No probs, turkey last for at least a week, Its nice on a pizza as well.
its really good in a curry too
Hi - yesterday I made a turkey loaf out of pieces of turkey (which I had frozen after Christmas) and chestnut stuffing. I made sure the meat was thawed, and soaked everything in red wine and added a couple of beaten eggs to bind. We ate it hot last night and sliced cold today with toast. Had very similar appearance when sliced to those homemade French pates. It was totally gorgeous.
Could work with any kind of stuffing which you like. Mine was mashed chestnuts, brown bread crumbs, lemon rind finely cut and juice and italian mixed herbs and stock..
I was so pleased with the result I shall do it more often as we often buy a turkey leg.
