Oooooh Pasty !!!!

There's a recipe somewhere around about the middle of the section on chicken (I think) - it's for something she describes as a dish commonly cooked - I think she refers to it as a chicken stew ????

(I could be getting confused, of course - years since I've used the book !)

I think the best way to tell if it's the recipe I'm after is that you don't pre-brown the chicken (you throw it in the saucepan after the (lentils - I think) have been cooking for a while & then the spices are fried in a seperate pan & just sort of thrown in with the rest later !!!

Would love it if you could find it for me !!!

Cheers Debsy.
will have a look....
