Many many years ago I had a receipe for this dish, it involved corned beef, onions, worcestor sauce with a suet pastry top all done in a covered frying pan. Has anyone the actual recipe, it was delicious. Thanks Carol

Not sure if it's the same thing but Nigella's recipe is good and sounds very similar to what you are describing?

Thanks Cotcase, This is quite similar but it was suet pastry, I'll give it a go and see what it is like.
