You could use the cucumber, red pepper and radishes to make a very un-authentic Gazpacho soup?

Seriously....cucumber & radishes shouldn't be boiled for soup as they would liquidate but can be used as a garnish.

Mushrooms & peppers mixed with carrot or swede would make a presentable soup.
