Hi
I always cook beef or lamb curries in the slow cooker, but never chicken (it comes out stringy!). My recipe is dead simple. I brown off the meat which I've coated with flour, and bung in the slow cooker with a carton of passata or tinned toms, onions, whatever veg I have knocking around, sometimes a tin of cannelini beans/lentils/similar, either a dollop of curry paste or mix of cumin/garam masala/cayenne/turmeric/coriander, sometimes a really small amount of stock, and that's it. Cook for 6-8 hours.
