Chutney - finished quantity

Hi, please would someone let me know how much finished quantity of chutney there would be if using
1 kg of green tomatoes plus a few other ingredients. I just don't know how many jars to prepare to sterilize? Many thanks.

Usually makes about 1.5 times the quantity of tomatoes, assuming you use a good mix of additional ingredients - Apples, sultanas, onions , garlic etc.

I nmade some chutney yesterday,, using 1 1/2lb each of pumpkin, green tomatoes, and apples, plus onions and sultanas, and ended up with 5 largish jars.
