Bananas!!

Halo

Does anyone have any receipes using bananas whereby the skins are somewhat brown but the actual banana is fine.

I'm more into savoury foods and have a phobia for eggs - so please no suggestions for cakes unless they are egg free.

Slit the skins open and pour in some brandy. Wrap in tinfoil and bake in t'oven for about 20 mins on med. Serve with whipped cream.

We do this with bananas on the barbie, they are delicious!...............Hope you enjoy them!........
