Cookies taste great, but the dough tastes just as good, if not better, straight out of the freezer with a little vanilla ice cream. For any sugar addict, chocoholic or junk food fiend this is a perfect recipe, it is indulgent, delicious and very childish. Cookie dough is perfect for a girl’s night in, or a tasty snack while watching a film, and a great recipe to do with children. You don’t need to bake or cut anything; it is a safe easy recipe that children can get messy and stuck into it.
Yes this cookie dough can be baked, but why on earth would anyone want to do a thing like that, it is very delicious as it is.
Ingredients
- 100g flour
- 70g white sugar
- 60g brown sugar
- 60g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 45ml milk
- Pinch of salt
- 90g chocolate chips
Method
- Mix the salt, brown sugar, white sugar and butter together, until fluffy.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract then gradually sift the flour in and mix together, until it becomes a dough.
