i'm trying to install STALKER on my pc but when it gets to about halfway installed the computer shuts down.any advise please???? thanks paul

What Operating system are you running? STALKER refuses to work with Vista.

Hard rive space? Dodgy DVD?

My friend had the same fault, i fixed it for him by completely uninstalling the game, increasing his virtual memory and re installing the game and it has worked ever since no problem,

also check you have enough ram
