PC game will not work

Ive just installed FM 06 on my PC with no problems. Ive used this game loads in the past and have ad no problems. This time though, when i try to load the game to play, it wont load. Absolutley nothing happens. The game just will not start. I used this game last about 4 weeks ago but deleted it because i needed some space on the PC. Im running XP if that helps. Has anyone got any advice?

If you mean you click on the shortcut and nothing happens then the shortcut is corrupt.
Go to my computer> programme files> and find the game folder (EA sports ,sega or whoever make it).
In the fm06 folder explore the folders until you find a logo that looks like the shortcut.(this is the executable file)
Right click on it and create shortcut.Then drag the shortcut to the botttom of the screen to place it on your desktop.
Then use it to start the game.
