It won't work on Vista but the company who made it are working on a fix for it.There is an unofficial patch to make it work though,just use Google to find it.

Right click on the game shortcut and choose properties then compatability.
Choose to run it in compatability mode with windows xp.

have you try using "can I run it" it's is a online PC inspector for the purpose of discovering your pc specification and limitation
