Hi,
I realise that this is small stuff for you gamers but, I have recently discovered Solitaire on my computer,when I ask it for a hint sometimes the circle where the pack of cards sit lights up and I do not know what this means,I have read all the instructions and can,t find out,it may be asking me to start again........... I do not know, does anyone know and willing to help on oldie out on this.

It probably means that you can move a card either from or to the highlighted location. If it is the 'rest of the deck' then the hint is probably to deal the next round.

Old_Geezer, that makes total sense to me.

Certain settings of solitaire let you turn the pack and start again - you click on the circle where the cards were sat and it turns the pack.
Two other tips if you didn't already know:
1. Clicking below the rows of cards automatically moves any available cards to the top row.
2 CTRL + Z will undo any previous move.
