I have just returned from Eire where I bought a Euromillions ticket at a cost of 2 Euros(approx. equivalent at currnt rate). Here in Britain we have to pay --- This seems unfair would you agree?------unless an allowance is made in the pay out to winners. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
