Battlefield 2142 CD Code Already In Use

I recently bought this game from Amazon (Like New) just to tell me the CD code I was using was already in use. Do you know what I should do?

have you contacted your seller?

There have been lots of threads on forums about these prepaid cards
I'm not sure really, how Amazon works but did you pay by paypal?
Do you have to open a dispute with your seller the same as you do on eBay (assuming seller doesn't give a refund upon return)
If the answer to both these questions is yes, you won't get a refund - the only way is if your seller does it off his own back

As the game is multiplayer only it is not fit for use so surely must be returned and fully refunded under the sale of goods act?

These things should not be for sale on Amazon anyway

Report to Amazon - the codings such as Like New indicate that the item isn't new, but hasn't been used. Don't leave feedback until you know whether the seller will refund you.
