If this drought goes on any longer we're going to run out of umbrellas.

I really don't get what everyone is getting so upity about.

There's a hose pipe ban. As if you need to use a hose pipe at the moment anyway.

Can you remember the last time we had a prolonged period of rain fall? I can't.
The drought has been going on for 3 years, 3 wet weeks will not do much to correct that.
This is the wrong type of rain.

Eh?
It's not stopped p-s-ing down here in Northamptonshire for weeks.
The wind and rain was so bad in London on Wednesday that the litter bins were stuffed with umbrellas. I`ll collect them, you can repair them and we`ll split the profits.
We are still a bit short of rain in the East.

(That's why I choose to live here)

I used to be taken to Wales every year for holidays. Beautiful, but I do remember a lot of rain.
It hasn't been too bad, suechu. It's not raining at the moment...

Hmm We seem to agree Wales gets more than its fair share of "RAIN" Now what about the issue brought in by the Welsh Assembly to use it as an asset
and "sell it" Fill your boots "Guys n Gals"
Don't see why it shouldn't be sold, as long as theres a surfit, however if you ever get drought and your water is being sold it might cause a problem or riot.

Not a real problem private companys will never make the investment to get it to its destination.
Don';t know where you live ummmmm but let me assure you it's chucking it down in Northampton!
Does my offer of broken brollies get me a discount?
At least give credit to Jimmy Carr when you repost his tweet. http://i.imgur.com/8vyOK.png
