Does Anyone Remember A Game In The 70S Or Maybe Early 80S

The game was to drop things ( possibly bombs) into holes on a landscape that rotated (mechanical wind up if I recall). The player looked through an eye piece so One could only look at the area directly below the rotating landscape and to try get the item into the hole?
