I bought a used Black ops 2 game at Gamestop on 10/25/14. I had one before and I got a laser burn on it. Now I have a laser burn on this one. I was wondering if I could go in Gamestop and see if I could just get a refund because it has not been a month.

i found out that they will not give it to you for free but I had to talk them out of it in the end I got my game back for free.
