Why Does My Joystick Think It's Fully Tilted When It's Not Even 70% Tilted

why does my joystick on my pro controllers have a huge gap in it(about 40%) where it's fully tilted vs when it's tilted 65% but still think it's fully tilted, i realy want to fix this problem or know why it happens at least.

IMO probably some physical issue inside stopping full motion.
But you could try reinstalling its driver first.
