What's The Opposite Of "Cheats" In Videogames?

For example, you use CheateEngine in your game to make the game easier, by granting Infinite ammo.
But what is it called when you use CheatEngine to make the game HARDER.
Giving the enemies More HP, making them Deal more Damage, Make them Faster, etc.
