Try something like www.isketch.net. It's an online pictionary game. really well implemented, no need to subscribe, just choose a user name and click join, then select a room you want to play in.

Try a game called Anarchy Online, www.anarchyonline.com its free to play till Janurary, be careful however as playing it may lead you to buy it and the expansions (main core of the game is free, buying the expansions (subscription based) however isnt)
