I've never been to America, so I can't tell from experience.
Is it true that they have a '00' on their roulette wheel though? In Europe (or at least every casino I've been in) there are 1-36 in red and black and a green 0, tilting the odds slightly in the house's favour.
With the 00, the odds are significantly more house friendly.
So, are the Americans just a bit more robbing b@stards in their casions than Europeans?

The answer in all cases is yes. There is a 00 slot in addition to the 0 slot seen in the UK. So the house is more likely to win.
