No! That's why they are called Gameboy Advance games and not PSP games!

psp games are cd and game boy advance are cartridges

it can be done with emulator software but would need a low firmware release psp to achieve this ie 1.5 or lower.

As said it can be done but you need an emulator. I currently have Amiga, Snes and N64 emulators on my PSP.
If you own Grand Theft Auto then you can use these emulators through the game on all PSP versions up to 2.6.
If you dont have the game then you must have PSP version 1.5 or older.
Also to note is that these emulators are "home made" and many games will eother not play or play so slowly its not worth bothering.
