Flimbo needs help

Hi , i've tried doing what was suggested by zebUK in response to my request for a Flimbo download, but it's not working and i cann't seem to find Flimbo in the c64.com website. Does anyone have any idea's , i've actually managed to download Flimbo but am unable to open it?? Be warned i'm not that computer literate
