Sinclair Spectrum Game.

I'm looking for a game that I used to own for the Spectrum.

I've always thought it was called Hassle, but when I went to check it on the Spectrum Archives it seems it doesn't exist.

But basically, this game is in black and yellow graphics. It's a side scrolling beat-em-up and consists of you (looking like a giant circus leotard wearing muscle man) and you go around the streets beating up weird things from grannies to gorillas. All I can remember is that you can actually choke these things and then swing them around and throw them across the screen.

Does anyone know the title of the game I am talking about because I'd love to play it again.
