Commodore 64 Games

I am trying to think of a C64 game I used to play in 1985! It was a secret agent type game where you had to answer questions in various parts of the world, fill in the blanks and travel to the next part and complete the mission. I also remember something about tunneling or transport between the continents. Help, this is driving me and my family crazy! I have looked on some websites but there are simply too many games to go through one by one! :)

The only one I can think of that fits is "Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego?" but I'm not sure if that came out of C64 or not.

I remember somfink similiar i used to play on amiga ALL those years ago.........
