I don't think there is a cheat programmed into the game that does that

then look up codes on the internet.

You can swim to the other islands, but you get 4 stars straight the way.

The best way is to just do the missions and follow the story and get to the other islands the "old fashioned" way.

Swim to the other island , get 4 stars, then get killed and you will re spawn outside the hospital on the new island.
