i think that maybe it will need the same process as getting rid of scratches that are on iPod screens too.

when i had a scratch on my ipod screen, i just rubbed a bit of Brasso onto the screen using a cotton bud, and rubbed it in/off with a metal scrub... then left for 30 mins, and wiped off with some cotton wool.

worked perfect for me - hope it does same for you on your psp
