where, on gods green earth, can I buy a nintendo ds lite console at a reasonable price! they are like rocking horse poo!.
please help its my wifes birthday on the 28th and it is her hearts desire! heellp!

Try Ebay....loads on there.......prices are a bit steep ( as you say they are like rocking horse poo in the shops) so people r makin a profit. But if you look enough I'm sure you'll come across a cheapish one.

Best bet is either eBay (for a quick fix), but chances are you'll pay over the odds or end up with an American or Jap machine (i always prefer to have a UK machine - just in case)

or

Keep checking the likes of Play.com and Argos.
Argos get deliveries in quite often, i'm lead to believe....thats where i got my own.

I got mine form gadget-asia.com.
as they are region free, they it plays uk games, came with a UK charger, and they have a wider selection of colours. Just watch out for the import tax!

Do you know anyone who works in an airport or is going on holiday (a very short one to be back by the 28th!)

Just in Dixons, in airports, you get them Tax Free with no VAT (or something....) and they work out as �74 brand new.

Either that or try the yellow papers? Like diamond free ads or Ad-Mag and find a second hand one, probably an unused Christmas present?
