Lan games

could anyone suggest a decent Lan game that i can play on my home network, one PC being a decent spec, the other about 5 years old, prefer shooting type games, but open to suggestions...

we used to play Vietcong over lan about 5 years ago, quite a good game too, to upgrade your older pc, usually a newer graphics card is all it takes for games. Unless its a low spec machine with next to no ram or HDD space of course!

cheers for that I'l do a search and see what spec PC is required for the game..It's sounds like a game that we would enjoy..

Quake 3 Arena is another worth looking at. Both should be able to run that nicely
