Changing NAT settings for Xbox 360

How do I change the NAT setting from moderate to open on the Xbox 360? I think it needs to be done via the PC and the router we use is a Belkin FSD9230-4.

I posted this question in technology a week ago but haven't had a response yet so thought I'd try here.

If you need any other info let me know, I have googled and tried various things but am a bit stuck now, thanks

ive never 100% solved this issue either!
i used the below site which did help but as i say not 100% of the time but apart from PGR it hasnt been a problem in any other games.
