ps3 to virgin wireless broadband

This may sound kind of stupid but how do you go online with the playstation 3 by connecting via wireless. im sure u jus plug the ethernet cable into the wireless box?? can some1 tell me im right! lol

If you have a wireless router, it should be automatic, unless you have a network password in which case you must type that in.

If you dont have a wireless router, you can't connect wirelessly afaik.
