Xbox 360; What to buy?

I'll be getting a 360 soon. As I can only really afford 1 game initially I'm split between GTA 4 and Fallout 3. As I'm not really an RPG fan then maybe F3 isnt for me (even though its more FPS than RPG). However I do like the idea and look of the game.GTA wise I'm in fear of GTA4 being 'just another' GTA game, despite being a massive fan of the series.

Any advice?

Thanks to everyone who contributed on here. Good news; I got my 360 yesterday along with Fable 2 and Fallout 3. Bad news; its my Christmas present so wont get it for ages :-(
