Depends on what you like to play, but I have just finished dead space which was very good.

Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter is a nice first person shooter and GRID is a good racing game

Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Burnout Paradise, Rock Band 1 + 2, the Guitar Hero series except #3, Battlefield Bad Company, PGR4, Oblivion, Fallout 3 - too many to name really.

Buy an issue of the Official 360 magazine and check out their list of games that score 8/10 or more
