some b*****d as hacked our xbox live account while we was on holiday and bought points, phoned bank up they have taken �260 already with more payments pending

I sympathise with you and understand why you are angry!
I would like to know how someone could possibly hack into a LIVE account though.If you haven't given your log-in info to anyone how did they get it?
We have used LIVE for a few years now and never had any problems such as this.
I hope you manage to get the money back somehow.

i have looked it up and it is happening alot we phoned xbox up and there that busy with this sort of thing they said it will take two weeks for them to phone us back about it.
