pc to play sims 3

Thinking of upgrading to a new pc, one that will allow us to play Sims 3. Have looked at gaming pcs but they are expensive. Can anyone recommend a less expensive one?
Have seen this, would it have the specific requirements to play Sims 3 & play it well?

I have Sims 3 and it runs on my laptop which I got a year ago. It plays quick enough on that and the spefications for my laptop are not as good as the ones you've mentioned.

I'd have thought that the pc you've mentioned should be fine - as it easily surpasses the required specifications.
