BEST game apps for the iphone 3g

Can anyone tell me any good game applications for the iphone 3g. from costing Free - �2.00.

I can never find any good game apps that are not a lot of money.

Flight Control, Harbour Master, Touch Cricket, Geared, Monkey Island, Spider - the Secret of Bryce Manor are all excellent games

Unfortunately the staticics show there are.... no good apps for the IPhone.
I work for a small games developer (www.floatingpointstudios.co.uk) and we looked at developing for the IPhone only to discover that unless an app is in the top 20-30 sellers they are not profitable in any way - in other words, only around 20-30 of the thousands available apps are even worth considering paying money for, unless you need a specific application like a converter which most of which would no doubt come with the IPhone anyway. Mobile gaming/editing is in a very much infantile stage so I wouldn't go running round looking for quality that is simply not there.
