So i'm on Chapter five and I have just acquired the dynamite from Black Rock. I made it past the smoke monster and back to the hatch only to find that the dynamite is no longer in my inventory. It hasn't re-appeared at the Black Rock and is no where to be found. I have seen many other people with this problem, but no one has given a definitive answer! Can anybody help?

Looks like the only way to solve this problem is to restart the game completely! Oh Well I've completed it now anyway.
