For anyone who has suddenly become addicted to pacman because it was featured on Google last week, it is now permanently available there - just go to http://www.google.co.uk/pacman/ instead of the usual main search page.

I used to find pacman scary because i thought i'd be eaten aswell. I was about 5 or 6 though.

It just never interested me when it first came out, unlike breakout or space invaders.

Breakout - ah, the feeling of satisfaction at playing the perfect game - not only getting through both walls without losing a life but leaving it in a loop with the ball hitting two walls between each hit of the bat.

Pacman was the world's most successful game of it's time, being the first to appeal to both men and women and both adults and children.

It's still quite appealing, now...

Yep, I love it. I didn't even realise the pacman game on google was playable until someone told me.

It's about as true to the original as I could get but any patterns you used to use to clear screens will obvioulsy not work.
