Can anyone help with a game that a five year old can play without supervision.
The ones I have bought are suitable for a three year old but he can't play them and neither can I !!!
Many thanks

yeah i know and i was making the point that madagaskar is identical to mario kart with diff characters so it gives you an option on the characters most likely to favoured the most by the child playing it.
yeah, me being 30 would pick mario kart all day as mario was DADDY when i was a kid but maybe the nippers would prefer madagaskar karts as its newer, plus its a film from a few years ago so kids are prob more aware of these than mario.
best thing would be to look on youtube as ppl film the games they play, this way you can see the games before you buy, (could save money on buying a game thats gonna be a popular buy for your child)
WilkesNeil the difference is that in army games everybody just falls down when they're 'shot' and then gets up again. In Halo they get limbs chopped off and die horribly. No I'm not saying it'll turn him into a killer, but it has definitely had a negative effect on his behaviour towards us, which I would rather not have seen.
would agree with you there but if we tell our lil 1 no then he knows its no and he dow really play up as when he's not playing it he's quiet good.
he knows if i shout and he dow listen he ends up in bed with everything off so he actually listens.
i know halo is pretty gruesome but if its affecting behaviour then its corrupting him m8, if its not corrupting then its fine to play (i believe) but if his behaviours changed then you gotta stop him playing it for a while so he knows youre in charge and what you say goes.
if our lil 1 dont listen i wont think twice of taking gta out of his ds and putting on a top shelf somewhere but i dont think ive ever had to do it
remember JAMIE BULGER, those kids watched childs play (a film) yet they'd already been in trouble for cruelty to animals at the young age they already was yet everyone blamed the film.
you are 1 of those CRETINS that blame some sort of technology for every bad that happens
