Will the tsunami/ earthquake in Japan affect production of the Nintendo 3d handheld?

This seems trivial compared to the events that have happened in Japan in the last few days, but do you think the new consoles launch and future production will be severely affected ie energy shortages, transportation and infrastructure problems? Could they put the launch back?
